Our modern way of life can cause many situations that create stress and fatigue. ASHWAGANDHA Nature is full of beneficial plants. Among these, some enable the body to deal with stress. Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera L.) is commonly known as Indian ginseng. This plant has traditionally been used in India for centuries for its many benefits. Among these, Ashwagandha’s role in optimal relaxation and maintaining energy has been the subject of studies more recently. *It has been scientifically demonstrated that Ashwagandha helps to improve the body’s resistance to stress and contributes to maintain physical and mental capacities in case of tiredness.
